SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow between 1-3 business days to receive a shipping confirmation. We ship through United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer First Class Shipping which can take 2-5 business days.

Once a package is taken to the post office it is out of our control. We will do whatever is possible to help you retrieve a lost package. However, once a package is taken to USPS you must reach out to USPS to resolve any issues regarding to lost or stolen packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All apparel has 14 days from purchase date to claim refund or exchange the gear must be unworn and or still in original condition.
f you received your item damaged we will offer and exchange. Email us at slimthetrainer@yahool.com within 48 hours please include your name, order number and attach a picture of the damaged item. We will get back to you within 24-72 hours.
